After 35 years of working in the veterinary field, I've been able to work with almost all species of animals “great and small." It is in the back woods and marsh that I began to develop my passion for photography. Most importantly, it is where I feel spiritually connected to the earth. I learn about life through nature. My photography begins with the photo, a mere millisecond of time to capture the beauty and reality of nature. From that moment, I can turn it into a piece of art for you!

BTSR Photography has many components, but none so important than embracing the feeling of being with nature and capturing the moment when the sun first breaks through the leaves in the pine forest, the first dew on a Florida wildflower or the call of the Limpkin at dawn. Any image begins in our imaginations where we can simply dwell in the possibilities.

ABSTRACT GALLERY
Through my realistic photography, I began to see the world of colors, shapes and textures in nature. I began to replicate these shapes to create abstract art. When I combine the reality of nature with the abstract of nature, I found what is called “Abstract Realism.”
REALISTIC GALLERY
In my photography, I try to capture the real Central Florida. I photograph the nature that is rarely seen. My subjects are found in the marsh, on the rivers, and in the pine forests off the beaten path.
